4. Once the embassy approves of the submitted scanned documents, the original documents, excluding original passport, will be delivered to the embassy for processing.
5. Once the process is done, the embassy will notify us. The result will be released 15 to 30 working days upon submission at the embassy.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS FOR UK TOURIST VISA:
1. Fill out the general visa application form.
2. Submit the complete requirements to CITTI and pay the service fee along with visa fee and lodging fee.
3. We will input your details online.
4. We will book your appointment online (depends on the availability).
5. We will remind you of your schedule 10 days before the appointment date.
6. Our visa associates will assist and hand over the complete documents to the applicant.
7. Your complete documents, biometrics, visa fee, and lodging fee (depending on the embassy), will be collected by an agent from the visa application center.
8. Please hand over the original receipt issued by the visa application center to our visa associates if you have opted for CITTI to pick up the result for you.
9. The result of your application will be released 3 to 4 weeks upon submission of your application (duration of processing is subject to change).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (TOURIST VISA):
1. Original valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s – should have at least two (2) available pages from both sides for VISA stamping.
2. Completely Filled-up Visa Application form.
3. Source of income:
A.) Employed: Certificate of employment stating position, tenure of service and compensation.
B.) Self Employed: Copy of DTI Business Registration Certificate or SEC Registration Certificate.
C.) Government Employee: Certificate of employment stating position, tenure of service and with gross annual income. Supported by approved leave of absence or travel authority.
4. Original bank certification w/ attached 3 months Bank Statements.
5. Copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR).
6. Confirmed hotel-booking certificate (optional).
7. Flight Itinerary.
8. For sponsored trip/supported by other person, notarized affidavit of support executed by the sponsor along with the supporting financial documents of the sponsor & proof of relationship (such as Birth Certificate, Marriage certificate from PSA - for couples).
9. For minor/children travelling with parents, original PSA issued birth certificate and original PSA issued authenticated marriage contract of the parents.
For student, certificate of enrolment issued by the school along with the copy of school ID. If traveling during the school year, certificate of leave of absence issued by the school.
10. For minor below 18, not accompanied by both parents, original DSWD clearance certificate.
11. For minor below 18, accompanied by one of the parents, signed letter of consent from the un- accompanying parent.
12. For foreign national that requires visa to UK, a copy of the Immigration Card (ICARD) - to establish residency in the Philippines.
NOTE:
1. For application with invitation from a relative/friend in UK, additional documents required, such as:
A.) Support letter from the inviter and to include the complete contact information
B.) Copy of the passport biographic/information page of the inviter including the immigration status
C.)Proof of residency of the inviter (i.e., tenancy agreement)
2. Please submit original with photocopy of complete documents, including copy of the passport information page, pages with issued visas and pages with immigration stamped. This is to avoid delay in the processing.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS FOR USA TOURIST VISA:
1. Fill out the draft application form then send it us together with clear scanned copy of your passport bio page and a 2x2 size picture via email.
2. Then pay the service fee along with visa fee (payment of fees can be deposited to CITTI’s bank account or the applicant can pay the visa fee directly at the bank).
3. We will input your details online then send it to you for checking and verification.
4. We will book your biometrics collection and interview appointment online (depends on the availability).
5. We will remind you of your schedule 10 days before the appointment date.
6. Your application will be processed once the consul takes your passport after the interview.
7. Your application will be denied once the consul returns your passport after the interview.

1. Below are the criteria for Interview Waiver “Drop Box” Program. Using the Drop Box service does not guarantee visa issuance. In some cases, you may be required to appear for interview at the US Embassy:
A.) With previous B1/B2 visa, issued after 01 July 2007 and with ten (10) years full validity visa.
B.)The B1/B2 visa is still valid or expired within the last 48 months.
C.) Citizen of the Republic of the Philippines.
D.) Prior visa does not say “Clearance Received” or “Travel with Employer”.
E.)All original passports issued since the date you were given a B1/B2 visa are in your
possession.
F.) The B1/B2 visa was issued after your 14th birthday.
G.) The last B1/B2 visa application was approved.
H.) The name, date of birth and gender on the last B1/B2 visa do not need to be changed or corrected.
